Trust and Obey

My friends, it is God’s plan for our lives that we walk in a daily personal relationship with Him – characterized by Trust and Obedience.

The word of God reminds us in Proverbs 16:20 that “Whoever gives heed to instruction prospers and blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord”.

Our God is an awesome God because His instructions for us are always for our own good and when we take note, there are always benefits that await us.

Some of the benefits of Trusting and Obeying God is:

  • God averts us from evil traps – Traps set by satan to make sin or certain life style attractive and once we fall for his lies, he will be the first to stand in line to condemn us. However, if we trust and obey God through His words in the Bible, He will deliver us and avert the traps.
  • He prospers us – His provision comes in form of blessing the work of our hands; and putting His edge of protection around our lives.
  • He gives us rest – We are assured of God’s presence and rest. This is a great benefit particularly, when all situations around us is in chaos.

Christ follower, this year, choose to Trust and Obey God, no matter what. If you are currently not a Christ follower, come and experience the Love of God today.

All glory to God!
