Jesus – The Joy of Our Salvation

I recall how a particular year was extremely challenging for me – nothing worked for me in my myopic view. It was during this period that the Holy Spirit ministered to me that the life I thought was not working was my season of preparation.

Friends, isn’t that how we all feel when life is not working for us? However, if we step away from the situation and reflect, we will see and experience the joy of our salvation – Jesus, who is our light and salvation and therefore, we need not fear or be afraid of any circumstances and situation. (Psalm 27:1).

Remember! your joy came with a price paid for on the cross of Calvary, so you can celebrate in Him and through Him. He provides that joy through all our trials by the help of the Holy Spirit who gives you a different perspective in the difficult situations of life. I don’t know about you friends – but this gives me a reason to be thankful!

Christ follower, rediscover your joy of salvation this week and celebrate Jesus in your own way. If you are currently not a Christ follower, Jesus is calling – come.

All glory to God!

  1. What a great reminder that reflection over what we just passed through, reveals how God grows, prunes and tempers us for His work! I praise God for your wisdom and willingness to share your wisdom.
